The hotel was beautiful. Our room had a beautiful view of the jungle and the mountains and we didn't miss having an ocean view. Staff was amazing and food was great. Surprisingly, we were was not bitten by mosquitos! Beautiful spa with a cold dip and giant relaxation area. This hotel was relaxing and we had no problems, but I would not return because of the size.

The architectural design is wonderful. Great spaces, doesn’t feel crowded at any moment. Excellent food, excellent service.

over all it was fantastic stay. staff was excellent! clean, great activities for kids especially the day care all very secure. the food was all so good.

It was beautifully designed. The patio for the wedding and the wedding itself and reception was absolutely breathtaking, the views were gorgeous, we received wonderful beach massages and hydrotherapy that were excellent. We didn’t have a single bad meal or bad service, everyone was kind and helpful when asked of something.
